SHIPPING:

All products are shipped with BRT express courier except for small products shipped with Post service (in disadvantaged areas). In 90% of cases, delivery occurs within 24/48 hours from the shipment of the product, 8% of cases within 72 hours and the remaining 2% may suffer slight delays due to disadvantaged areas or strikes. 

RETURNS:

The customer always has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the package. In case of withdrawal, he must communicate his intention via messaging or to the email address info@visionebellezza.it, providing to send the package to our warehouses at his own expense, specifying the reason for the return.

If the customer receives a package with a damaged product and wants to return it, he must first send images to demonstrate the inconvenience. Once the images have been received and the situation has been ascertained, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis whether to issue a refund directly, avoiding the return.
